Today I purcashed my 3rd car from dorsch a 2013 ford escape, the services I receive was outstanding. Everyone was so warm and friendly. I got the car I wanted with insurance and warranty. I will definitely recommand anyone with good credit, bad credit, or no credit to go Dorsch Ford first if they need a car. These people work it you regarding you budget. They help you get the best financing at an affordable cost and you are treated as family not just someone looking to buy a car. Replacing Tires on a Leased Vehicle. We are in Year 3 of our leased vehicle contract, due to be up next fall. After having a leaky tire for a few months, took it in to several places only We are in Year 3 of our leased vehicle contract, due to be up next fall. After having a leaky tire for a few months, took it in to several places only to find out it would have to be replaced...AND the tread on the tires are basically non-existent...3/32 on the front. Going into winter in WI, I was NOT happy. My husband stopped into Dorsch to figure out what could be done since I don't want to drive all winter on bald tires. My husband also had interest in another vehicle which made him stop there instead of calling. The salesman who spoke to my husband, while nice and polite, did not offer any useful help. He initially offered to put on used tires. Great! Let's do that. Then he tells my husband that there aren't any available. His next option was to order tires, do the work, and roll the payment into the loan for the vehicle my husband was looking at. While that's nice if we are having trouble financing the tires, or were completely sure that he wanted that vehicle....but that wasn't our issue. Our issue is that a lease vehicle should not need repairs or maintenance more than regular like oil changes. I pay a little more for something brand new so I don't have to deal with problems. Dorsch should stand behind their vehicles and fix the problem. They have refused. I will NOT be continuing to work with them beyond this lease if there isn't a solution. It is disappointing to have so little willingness to find a solution from the staff. More
