Dorsch had sold us our last 4 rides. Our regular sales guy Ray has retired. We worked wit Cory Fuhrman who was awesome to work with. His knowledge and presentation of the product n its operations was deta guy Ray has retired. We worked wit Cory Fuhrman who was awesome to work with. New van service I bought our new 2019 Transit 350 from Dorsch and have found Jason and Bill to be very helpful and available to answer questions and check out my fron I bought our new 2019 Transit 350 from Dorsch and have found Jason and Bill to be very helpful and available to answer questions and check out my front end after hitting a Deer. He and Bill checked things out and assured me the little bit of damage underneath was not a serious problem. I appreciate the honest evaluation and advice. Rick who sold us the van has been very helpful and available for questions and Steve spent a couple of hours with us when we picked up the van to explain all the new technology in it compared to my old 2001 van. I was a little worried going with a large dealer versus a smaller dealer but so far the staff here from sales to service have been very helpful and thorough. More

Service department Tom did an excellent job coordinating my tire rotation with my oil change as I was not able to get it scheduled over the phone at the same time. It was a huge timesaver for me as I have to drive quite a bit for work and scheduling two separate appointments is difficult on the work schedule and Home schedule. He also went over everything at the end , was very thorough , answered my questions, and was very honest about everything with me and I really appreciate that! And I thought my bill would be more than it was because I was at a dealership , but I was pleasantly surprised that it was super competitive...plus it is “The RealDe and they demonstrated that to me !! I want to thank you Tom Stinson and thank you Dorsch Ford!! More
