Our experience started out bumpy dealing with the "corner lot" for used cars but after reaching out to the sales manager at the main dealership and subsequently receiving a call from the owner, not only were lot" for used cars but after reaching out to the sales manager at the main dealership and subsequently receiving a call from the owner, not only were any concerns rectified all our expectations were exceeded. We purchased a 2011 BMW 328i hardtop convertible which looked great. At delivery there was a miss in service and prep. Jay, the owner contacted us and took the car into the main dealership service department. the service manager, Tee, contacted us about some work to be done post purchase and to make our experience great. she informed us they would send the car to a BMW dealer for diagnosis. they coordinated all of this. When we got the car back we were beyond happy that not only any concerns were addressed but any and all recalls were fixed along with other BMW warranty issues. Again. A tough start followed by a stellar finish. Super happy More

He went through the Jeep and the mechanics and explained everything in detail. The finance manager, Vinnie, explained all my options. From applying for financing to filling out final paperwork he made sure it was seamless. The owner, JayL’Archevesque was also very much involved. He was very professional and personable.
