Worst experience in my car search ever 1. Salesperson showed me features of the vehicle I already knew after telling him that I recently purchased a 2023 vehicle. 2. After informing management my intention of trading up because the vehicle I purchased was just too small; I was told that I would have to look at a vehicle that was comparable to or less than my current vehicle. 3 they would only look at conservative purchases to eliminate fraud. I will never go to tis dealership again and cannot recommend them to anyone I knjow. More
Great service by the Service Advisor. The only issues I have was problems with the radio volume going out when I tried to call out. Luckily I was down the street and returned back to the The only issues I have was problems with the radio volume going out when I tried to call out. Luckily I was down the street and returned back to the dealership when the radio was reset and it happened again. The major issue and the reason for the low marks was the right rear tire lug nuts were not tighten finding one on the ground of my driveway. I checked the remaining nuts and found another one loose. Luckily this occurred at my residence and not while driving on the highway back home. I immediately contacted the Service Advisor, I have a return visit to the service center Mar 21, 2023. More

My only problem is how difficult is to make appointments, it takes several days to be able to come for service.
