"Best Dealership Experience Ever"

For the entire week right before my birthday and Christmas, I was beyond stressed and mentally drained from repairing my car just to find out it would need a new engine soon. Now I was under even more pressure to get another car ASAP because I had already missed workfor a few days due to my unreliable transportation. After doing some car shopping online, I called the dealership and spoke to Scott who actually listened to me and what I was looking for. He asked that I come in to see the car and talk about specifics but didn’t pressure me to do so. I went the next day and was blown away by the service I received. They literally made this the easiest transaction I’ve ever had with a car. I finalized the purchase this past Friday and can say that the service from everyone I spoke to was above and beyond your typical dealership. I highly recommend them

Went in for low tire pressure. They found nail and tire needed replacing. As it was late in day was provided with ride home. Car was ready when promised. Car had even been washed.

"Wheel wobble"

I started to feel a noticeable wobble in the front driver’s-side wheel. I was expecting that I was going to have to pay a lot for a wheel bearing. I took a route to Ferman where I could drive more slowly because the wobble had gotten bad. Turns out the last time the tire was changed, the lug nuts on that wheel weren’t fully tightened!! Since I just took over ownership of the car, I had no idea who last changed the tire. The service folks at Ferman Mini tightened the lug nuts at no charge and sent me on my way, relieved in more ways than one! Thank you Ferman Mini for the exceptional service and keeping me safe!
