Had requested loaner but told it would need to be rental and I’d have to go to rental company to pick it up. I had appointment but was not called until 20 minutes after appointment, at which time I went and and I’d have to go to rental company to pick it up. I had appointment but was not called until 20 minutes after appointment, at which time I went and asked how long and found my guy. He suggested I just wait for the car, which I did. It took a little longer than he thought. Since I work full time, just was not a great experience. More

They provided excellent customer service and made the whole car buying experience very easy and almost enjoyable.
