Hello! I had a few issues with my BMW 320i about a month ago, and I took my car to you guys to get it fixed up. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had and that's saying something. I was sure that I would be treated like the bottom of the barrel since I wasn't buying a BMW at a BMW dealership. But no and that's saying something. I needed to buy a car quickly for a new job I got down in Clearwater and this was the only dealership around that is selling used cars at a decent price during this supply shortage. Took my car in for a scheduled oil change, asked how long it would take, they informed me about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Came back after three hours they hadn’t even taken my car in. Forced me to get a rental car, it would take, they informed me about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Came back after three hours they hadn’t even taken my car in. Forced me to get a rental car, went back the next day in the afternoon to pick up my car and it still hadn’t been taken into service for an oil change. Over 24 hours for what Jiffy Lube can do in 15 minutes, and still didn’t get the job started much less completed. Like many other BMW owners, my time is very valuable and limited. I did not appreciate 24 hours being wasted. The service manager apologized and said they would take care of me the following week, they never even called. More
