I drove down on vacation when my AC went out. I called Ferman and left a message. She called me back right away and was able to get me in the same afternoon. The service representative knew that I called Ferman and left a message. She called me back right away and was able to get me in the same afternoon. The service representative knew that it was a known issue for my make and model. Ferman fixed the AC and also performed a multi point inspection. I was impressed that the dealership texted me with the results, asking whether or not I wanted the service performed. They found that my rear tires were worn. They let me see the tires. I was impressed at how many bays they have. There must be 40! They replaced my tires and performed an alignment all within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
