In fact he asked good questions to recommend the best fit. He then went on vacation and handed me off to a sales person (Greg) who was fully up to speed on the discussions I had had already. I shortly drove away in a new vehicle with no hassles. Greg even helped detail the vehicle to get me home quicker. More

The receptionist was expecting me and Gary had the vehicle that I inquired about prepped and ready for me to test drive. As a salesman, Gary was terrific and explained things thoroughly to both myself and my wife. He always addressed BOTH of us by our first names which was a nice added touch. Joe was also friendly and pleasant to deal with as he provided us with all of the financial details and options. Excellent experience with sales person Sara From the moment I walked in and greeted by Sara I felt completely comfortable. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust her be From the moment I walked in and greeted by Sara I felt completely comfortable. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust her because she clearly loves the Mini and was able to point out all the great features. I never felt pressured as I had at another dealership so I decided that day to buy my car that day. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the finance guy. After talking to him for 1/2 hour I was convinced the car I just bought would fall apart in 4 years so I had to have the extended warranty. I ended up buying it and I kind of regret it. Overall very satisfied. Especially with Sara. More
