Excellent dealership and personnel ...Cleo worked very hard for our business and found us the right car. Even bought us sandwiches while we waited for delivery. Only hiccup was with financing dept....th hard for our business and found us the right car. Even bought us sandwiches while we waited for delivery. Only hiccup was with financing dept....they sent us a text that asked how we want to title the car, how long we plan to keep the car,etc. But when we got to financing office, he knew that we planned to keep the car five years, therefor we should buy a five year extended warranty, even tho I told him right up front that I wasn’t buying any warranty and that I was self insured. He said that he had to take us through the warranty and the other $$$ add ons. Why? And while he knew how long we planned to keep the car, apparently he didn’t notice that we wanted to title the car jointly, and seemed annoyed when I asked him to do that, because he’d have to redo all the paperwork. Yeah, not my fault you didn’t read the info. All other aspects of the transaction were great and we were very happy with Ferman and our new X3! More
