Their diagnosis for my cars issue was very expensive. - They said all four ABS Wheel Speed Sensors were bad and needed replaced. Yes, they said all 4 had failed at the same time. - My car is long out of warranty yet they would not install brake pads other than the OEM dust producing pads - Their charge for 4 wheel speed sensors and 4 new rotors with new pads was $3,300 - When I questioned how all 4 wheel speed sensors could go bad at once, the answer was simply to replace all 4 and go from there. So this meant the $3,300 was just the beginning and would likely cost more if that didn't resolve the issue - I could not agree to their price so they started discounting...really??? Why not just give a fair price in the beginning and gain the work? Later when I went online to check BMW OEM part pricing, all the parts they were going to replace came to $1,200 for BMW branded parts - of course the dealer only pays cost on the part, not price so their cost was less than that. - I went elsewhere and got the whole job done for $1,100 and got the brake pads I wanted. By the way, only one wheel sensor was defective, not 4. Sorry to have to write a review like this but I just feel as though I was being taken advantage of because my car threw codes and need fixed asap or they simply are immune to how high their charges are. Then when they started offering a discount, that only threw salt in the wound. More
