Good service, but slow and expensive They do a good job, but they had me waiting for 3 hours, and then they gave me a loaner to be able to work that day. Also, I called before to ask for the price of a service without giving my name and I got an estimate, but when I got there they told me it was twice that much. Not sure I want to go back, I might go to a different place next time, don't like to be taken advantage of. The final result of the service was good, though. More

Dealership in general feels haughty compared to the Audi dealership I was working with in Clearwater. Reviews after 6 month ownership would be better to gauge Service Department and the post sale experience. This review is first impression. Hence, an average score. We'll see how the relationship progresses. More
