In Sept i walked around showroom floor for 20 min looking at high end cars. No one asked me if i needed anytging. My last two cars were on the showroom floor when i bought them. Brian was not there on this day Last week i came in for routine servce. Both valet guys were reading their phones and chatting. Totally ignoring me the entire time it took to put my roof up and clear my car. It was 8:30am. I walked in and asked jamie where can i check in. She pointed to the two valet guys. No need to go on. Frustrating 1st time Experience To be frank it didn’t meet my expectations of a BMW dealership. Below are a few specific takeaways. 1. I called the office before my appointment s To be frank it didn’t meet my expectations of a BMW dealership. Below are a few specific takeaways. 1. I called the office before my appointment stating that I needed a loaner car since it was a service engine soon issue and would likely not be resolved on Saturday. I was told that I could not request a loaner on Saturdays. Thankfully I was able to get a loaner. 2. I was told the cost would be about 600 and I ended up being charged almost 800. Almost 100 bucks was taxes. I was usually told a breakdown of the fees and the cost was either close if not below the estimate I received when having my car serviced at other BMW dealerships. In this case it was much higher. 3. When I was given my car back I sat down and noticed that my low tire light was on. I thought a basic inspection of the car occurred during my visit including filling the tires if needed. I also filled up the loaner air tires when the light came on my second day in driving the car. I’m glad to share additional thoughts if someone wants to call and discuss this further. More

While they had the car they also completed a couple of manufacturer engineering changes and gave me a loaner car to use while they completed the work. Very satisfied with this dealership. More
