Secondly, my salesman, Tom Horton, was the greatest, no high pressure, just there to help me find a car I would like. I cannot say enough good about Tom, the sales manager and the service department. They went over that car so carefully before they gave it to me, they even put on 4 new tires, even though the tires on the car looked good, because they did not want to sell me a car with old tires. How many dealerships take care of their customers like that!! Obviously, I did not spend a lot of money by todays standards, but the Ferman people treated me as if I were their most valued customer and I think they were as excited as me when I found the perfect car. You would have a hard time finding a dealership better than Ferman's. More
