In Sept i walked around showroom floor for 20 min looking at high end cars. No one asked me if i needed anytging. My last two cars were on the showroom floor when i bought them. Brian was not there on this day Last week i came in for routine servce. Both valet guys were reading their phones and chatting. Totally ignoring me the entire time it took to put my roof up and clear my car. It was 8:30am. I walked in and asked jamie where can i check in. She pointed to the two valet guys. No need to go on.
