Still Going Back I`ve been dealing with Fermans for many years, in fact one of the managers at BMW Ferman Karl (Alvarez) on his very first day as a salesman 25 years a I`ve been dealing with Fermans for many years, in fact one of the managers at BMW Ferman Karl (Alvarez) on his very first day as a salesman 25 years ago approached my daughter and myself asking if he could help us, I could see he was a little nervous, first day, first sale, so I put my arm around him and said "Don`t worry we can do this". Times have changed, we`ve moved on to Gainesville, but one thing has`nt Karl is still sorting out sweet cars for us to drive. So now off we go to Palm Harbor for our car buying ritual, now we also have Brian (Gaines) helping us out and he has been doing this for 5/6 years now, he in turn makes it more of a day out for us, tucking in too the great food provided, great coffee, dare I even use the word fun, always seem to have a good time. BUYING A CAR! who would have thought it. This weekend I`ve bought another car. Love it, A milestone weekend as well now even my grandson Elliott has bought his first BMW an i.8 car (ok Mum did hes only 7) and it was a remote car, but he was with us and enjoyed himself, what more can you ask. I think its fair to say staff staying at a job that long, it got to say something. I`m pleased too call these guys my friends, thats how I like to do business with friends. More

Awesome Team! I was in a very bad spot with my car. I was upside down and repairs were stacking up. Douglas Wilder was my service advisor and he, along with the entire team did an outstanding job of taking in my 530 XI, thoroughly evaluating it and providing the necessary service on the air conditioning system. They effortlessly facilitated the appointment and communications with the extended warranty provider, arranged a loaner, and provided additional services which were beyond what I am accustomed to receiving at my home dealership in Chicago. One additional outstanding feature of this dealership is constant and effective communication via text messaging, a far more efficient way to transmit information than the usual system of voicemails and phone tag. On top of that, the physical dealership, waiting lounge and facilities are beautiful and literally every single person I communicated with at the dealership was extraordinarily courteous. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the efficiency and quality of service received and I will be happy to come back for my service and sales needs in the future. Thank you so much! More
