Mechanical repairs met expectations, but dealing with Genius rep on software updates was not satisfactory and items are still an issue. Worked with two different Genius reps and had to make 2 trips to de Genius rep on software updates was not satisfactory and items are still an issue. Worked with two different Genius reps and had to make 2 trips to dealership. Still need a third trip to resolve. More

It was excellent except when I picked up my car. They knew when I was coming, I was paying cash and it still took forever.
