I took my sons car in for a timing issue. The did some work that cost me over 2k called me said it’s running great. They wanted another 1k for more work, I say just fix the coolant temp sensor. I took the car back because they seemed to be throwing a very expensive parts cannon at it. The car is still in limp mode and everyone at the airport who knows the car all agree, it’s worse now than before it went in. Close to 3k spent on a car broke more now than before, this stings, my wallet and the feeling of letting my son down. More

Scheduled appointment for 3:00 pm to check for a noise in front end. Upon arrival service technician thought we were dropping off car, but we were planning to wait. Ferman had previously replaced steering ra front end. Upon arrival service technician thought we were dropping off car, but we were planning to wait. Ferman had previously replaced steering rack and I had a safety concern. Thanks to the service supervisor and technician they worked us in with a test drive with me and I pointed out the noise. They then discovered a loose nut on upper front left stabilizer arm. This problem was unrelated to any previous repairs by Ferman. Nut tightened, safely on road back to Atlanta. Thanks for the help. Unfortunately the maintenance and customer service I received from Mgr Brian and Vehicle Rep Niko was very unprofessional. I’m Saddened by the experience. I’ve Financed 3 vehicles through BMW and I ha received from Mgr Brian and Vehicle Rep Niko was very unprofessional. I’m Saddened by the experience. I’ve Financed 3 vehicles through BMW and I have been treated as bad when bringing my car in for a diagnostic check, returning my vehicle due to white smoke emitting from exhaust. Mgr lied and stated my car was ready for pickup when nothing had been done..finally I was told my vehicle needed over $8900 erroneous maintenance repairs. I was tossed my keys and invoice with a reply that here are your car and keys, there is nothing we can do if you don’t pay for repairs. A simple diagnostic check of a perfectly performing vehicle had to be towed from Furman to a qualified automotive shop for repairs that stemmed from the Furman Service Technician Stephon. Mgr Brian and Niko was a great disappointment. Professional Customer Service should be extended to everyone. I was completely devastated. I am still a BMW girl…just cannot afford to purchase from Furman in the future. More
