My BMW X2 with 19,500 miles was brought in for service and Sal tried to convey that I needed 4 sets of brakes and 4 rotors replaced totaling about $2400. He then needlessly suggested changing 2 tires pre and Sal tried to convey that I needed 4 sets of brakes and 4 rotors replaced totaling about $2400. He then needlessly suggested changing 2 tires prematurely to come to roughly a 3k repair. I serviced the vehicle at a shop that specializes in luxury German vehicles and accomplished the appropriate remedy for $510. I was advised that this seemed to be from a vehicle defect and unlikely to be a wear and tear issue.. The service department at Ferman disgusts me. More
The service manager was very polite and friendly. Sal made sure to ask me if I needed anything such has drinks and snacks. Horrible horrible horrible uneducated techs that couldn’t figure out that coils went bad , instead tried to charge me $300+ to do idrive update and that failed too, at the end they said come pic the car up w figure out that coils went bad , instead tried to charge me $300+ to do idrive update and that failed too, at the end they said come pic the car up we can’t fix it , went to a private shop they changed the coil pack and problem solved! If I could leave a -10000 start review I would , would never ever go there again and will tell everyone I know to never take their BMW there !!! More
Service department is great. Finance department is a big disappointment. When I request my warranty info a few months back, I was told there is only one person working in that department and he will have to disappointment.
