What a friendly atmosphere at Ferman BMW from the moment I arrived I was greeted by by employees at the door and then at the service desk. The staff are nice, however the service has always taken longer than promised even with appointments made days before. And the car wash that they do leaves your vehicle sometimes dirtier than when you brou longer than promised even with appointments made days before. And the car wash that they do leaves your vehicle sometimes dirtier than when you brought it in, because the soap isn’t fully rinsed off. I am basing my 4 visits to their service department. More
