I first visited Ferman in 2002, and the quality of their customer service had an impact on me. Fast forward to 2021, and I made and appointment to bring my vehicle in to get serviced. I didn’t purchase my current BMW from Ferman, but I will continue my regular service visits with them, and I would absolutely purchase my next vehicle with them. More

We were there for a tire repair. over two hours later i went to the service desk and saw our vehicle was out there parked. service dept. man never said car was ready and was nowhere to be found.
