I can't say enough nice things about my dealings with the Ferman BMW service center- I have been a long time customer (since it was Sunshine BMW 20 ye I can't say enough nice things about my dealings with the Ferman BMW service center- I have been a long time customer (since it was Sunshine BMW 20 years ago!!) and haven't really been happy with my dealings with the service department until recently- Now when I come in, I always ask for the same team- Orion Mancini on the intake/initial point of contact and Jamie Annese as my service advisor. The last few visits have been far superior- these two always go the extra mile to make sure that my questions are answered and all of my requests have been addressed. I was thinking of giving up and going elsewhere, but thanks to these two- I've decided to stay at Ferman. Thank you Orion and Jamie for a great experience!! You two are the BEST!!! PS- I always trust Kyle Silcox to find out what's REALLY wrong with my car!! More
