Slowest service ever Somehow they were having problems changing the oil it took 2 1/2 hours and I was not kept well informed of what was going on ! I personally have never heard of an oil exchange machine for changing the engine oil however that is the excuse that I got ! More

Great and accommodating They were extremely helpful not only was the service excellent- they allowed me to keep the loaner until Monday because they were not going to complet They were extremely helpful not only was the service excellent- they allowed me to keep the loaner until Monday because they were not going to complete the work until the afternoon on Friday and instead of making me change my Disney plans for the weekend they said to take the loaner and I could pick up my car on Monday.
