I have dealt with your company for some years, and in fact, have purchased cars from you and had service with you. I was pleased with all the interactions I had up until the most recent when one of your fact, have purchased cars from you and had service with you. I was pleased with all the interactions I had up until the most recent when one of your detailers blocked the road to the collision service center and wouldn’t move so I had to drive around and when I did, he came and parked by the Collision Center and walked near me, and I simply asked him why he didn’t move the car so I could get through. He then blew up and got violently aggressive and started screaming that it was his place of work and he doesn’t have to listen to me, and called me names. It was very unsettling for me and the people in the office because he kept screaming when he entered the Collision Office. I got an estimate from your guy but am reluctant to come back there because of that fellow and his conduct. I still have not gotten the car done yet. I will await your response. More
