I like a down-to-earth salesman I was not shopping around because I went there knowing what I wanted. Norman helped me out and I liked him. I later learned that, rather than buying a used version from eBay, he ordered one from Amazon which was very nice of him. Went in the dealership at 11:00 and left at 3:00. It was a very pleasant experience. More
