Talked with 4 different ppl to make an appt for a repair. Get there- no one knows about this appt. Mind you it was made one day before with the scheduler who did not even ask the reason for the appt. I suggested that she might want to make note as to why the truck was coming in and what exactly needed to be done. Drop off vehicle to be called two hours later to come pick it back up as nothing could be done to the vehicle. This was very disappointing as we were going out of town the next day. This was stressed to the dealership when making the appt. vehicle is still not fixed even though I ordered the part from the parts department the day before. More
