This was my first time buying a car and I don't think It could have been a better experience, it was super easy and I felt confident with my purchase at the end of the day. ( P.S. Overall I had a good experience during my vehicle purchase, Eric in sales was great,Nabil in finance was awful and rude,he should not be in a position to deal with customers and needs to be retrained purchase, Eric in sales was great,Nabil in finance was awful and rude,he should not be in a position to deal with customers and needs to be retrained, buying a vehicle is stressful enough without having someone talking down to you like you are a bother to them, you need to fix this. I was overwhelmed on how Great the Sales Dept was when I purchased one vehicle & caused me to buy a second vehicle for my Daughter. I must say the Service Dept which has only been needed for regular mainte purchased one vehicle & caused me to buy a second vehicle for my Daughter.
