Exceptional Service as always! Bud, the Service manager, walked me through how to get my car started and lined up a loaner (with Matt) for me when I reached the dealership. The next day he called me and said his driver was on his way and was bringing my car TO ME! Now THAT is why I've been driving a MINI for 13 years! More

There was some initial confusion which resulted in my test driving a car that had already been sold. Other than that, my new Mini is amazing.
