I think the service was superb, really....best dealer operation I've ever seen. Saying that.... I feel I really got caught in a case of "monkey in the middle" I'm still covered under the Mini Contract. operation I've ever seen. Saying that.... Always been hesitant about dealerships, but Ferman Mini/BMW are definitely different.
