He was professional and pleasant and delivered exactly what we agreed. No high pressure sales tactics just a good exchange of listening to what I wanted and relating to his his customer. Bob and Five Star Ford (NRH) are my team for my next purchase. Aftermarket could improve a bit. When making an appointment to do work it is important to keep that schedule. Had a 0900 appointment for a bedliner and tint and wasn't completed until 1800. Made the early appointment to get the vehicle back in the early afternoon. My truck didn't even go out until 1430. In the future, I would recommend rescheduling so the appointment times are met. Overall, very happy with the buying experience and the quality of the aftermarket work. Great people at Five Star Ford! Thanks for the positive experience. More
