I have been waiting 20+ years to buy my DREAM TRUCK, a 2019 F-250 King Ranch. This dealer didn't have the truck I wanted and told them I would probably have to wait yet another year and order a 2020. Rick Dike and Jeff Smith got together and searched the 5 state area for the closest match to what all I wanted on my truck. THEY FOUND IT, in Arkansas. We have had a lot of Jerry Reynolds cars in the past and when I say Jerry Reynolds cars, Chevy's, Buick's, Fords, etc. and the experience couldn't be easier. Overall Experience: Disappointed NEW REVIEW: My overall buying experience was great with Five Star Ford but my nightmare started right after I drove my new (used) vehicle off their lo NEW REVIEW: My overall buying experience was great with Five Star Ford but my nightmare started right after I drove my new (used) vehicle off their lot. I immediately started noticing a shaking sensation when driving at low speeds and became increasingly more worried over time. After notifying Sam, my sales agent, he replied "I would schedule an appointment with a Hyundai dealer since you still have their factory warranty. Hope they will be able to fix it for you...". A very hands-off approach to helping someone who just bought a vehicle from you... After waiting 2 weeks for my Hyundai Service appointment, I was told today the transmission has to be completely replaced. Knowing all of this now, I would NOT have purchased this vehicle from Five Star Ford. Now I have to go through this annoying process of dealing with transmission replacement and hope/pray nothing else goes wrong in the future. This issue should've been caught by Five Star Ford's Service department before selling it off to someone who knows little to nothing about vehicles. ORIGINAL REVIEW: From start to finish, my car buying experience at Five Star Ford exceptional. Sam, the sales agent who assisted me was very prompt, pleasant, & professional. Once it was all said and signed John continued to show us excellent customer service even though we were waiting on the finance and it was after the time he was supposed to be off. It was truly surprising that even though I came in to look at a used vehicle that ended up being to far out of my price range, John was able to show and negotiate on a new vehicle with no hesitation.
