GREAT EXPERIENCE I had pre-qualified 3 days prior to coming in to the dealership. I do feel this helped the process go a lot smoother. First Jason was an excellent sales person, helping us figure out what we needed in an auto without pressuring us to purchase any specific model. He provided solid information on each car we talked about and looked out so we could make up our mind. He is highly recommended to anyone looking for an auto. Tut Edwards worked with us on the finance side of things and came up with a good plan, reasonable rates and efficient process. We certainly can recommend him to anyone who needs help with financing. Being older folks our credit is more established so it more of a tuning to get us the best deals possible. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I don't think you can ask for more. He is an asset to 5 Star Ford. More

Joe Vasquez assisted us in the financing of our new vehicle. He stated clearly what we were doing. This part of buying a car is usual so long and disheartening. But I can say that Five Star Ford has this part down. Joe was exceptional. Daniel Trauth assisted us in getting all the "bells and whistles" setup on the new car. He connected the cell phone, explained in detail the dashboard and the steering wheel and all the features at fingertips. Excellent customer service. Though no contact was made at the time of this purchase, Michael Fitch is our "go to" service rep. He will be there for future servicing. More
