She reached out to answer my questions and made an appointment for me to come out to the dealership to look at my options and drive a few cars. She spent several hours on a cold, drizzly day with me as I looked at several models. Absolutely no sales pressure made for a fun, educational day and a choice of a new car. The entire process to finalize the sale was more like a conversation with a friend than a business negotiation. In short time I had a good deal and she had a sale. We stayed with the same sales team as before because they have earned our trust. We provided Crystal our price range and safety requirements for this car as it is to be our daughters first car and must last her through college. Crystal quickly provided options and began the finance process. From the provide list of cars we chose the 2016 Ford Fiesta Titanium. An excellent car! We came into the shop the next day, test drove it, loved it, and signed the paperwork. Thank you again 5 Star Ford, Crystal Sanders, John Little and David "M.I.T."
