Great buying experience! Worked with Crystal Sanders on the purchase of my new F-150. All of the negotiations were handled via e-mail and just a few phone calls, which is exactly the way I wanted it. No games - just a straightforward sales process which respected my time. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. John Little helped out when it came time to pick up the new truck (Crystal was off work) and he did an excellent job in going over all of the features of the vehicle, and in making sure that the truck was flawless. The only minor issue throughout the process came when we had to meet with the finance guy, Joe Vasquez. We were kept waiting for about ½ hour while he was meeting with what appeared to be a couple of other finance guys. Meetings with customers should take priority. More
