The sales rep Bashar (Bob) Nemri was informative, exerted absolutely zero pressure, was patient in explaining the process and exactly what to expect. The only negative about the whole experience was during time spent with the finance individual. His mood turned quickly after I repeatedly told him I was not interested in and did not want add on packages. The awkwardness in the room was palpable. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. More

If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have a car right now! He helped me find a car in price range and explained everything to both my mom and I very well! Even all the other sale guys there were really great too! The moment you walk in they great you and ask if you need anything! Robert was also so patient with me because some days I would get discourage and lose doubt but he helped me so well and I was able to get me a car in about a week and especially considering how my credit was, he found ways to help me. But then Aaron picked up the phone and from that conversation on he helped me. He took the time to understand my financial situation and made sure that I got into a car that not only I could afford but help me with my credit. I am working on building my credit up and when I pay my car off early I'm going to proudly come back to Five Star and get the car I want!
