Only the Best!! I've been in the auto business for about 16 years, and this was the best experience I've ever had buying cars!! That's difficult to say because my wif I've been in the auto business for about 16 years, and this was the best experience I've ever had buying cars!! That's difficult to say because my wife and I have purchased 4 cars from Jeff Crabtree over those 16 years and he has always been the best!! We did something new this time and went and met Jeff to order our cars the way we wanted them in December. We then waited, mostly patiently, until February for them to arrive. After not seeing Jeff for a car in 10 years, he welcomed us both with a hug and that made the very beginning of the process feel like seeing family again! If you ask nice, he might hug you too!! He and Rick Dike were very attentive to our needs and both treated us like friends and family! When Rick saw that the Explorer didn't meet his delivery detail specs, he forced us to let him clean it up, while I protested and told him it was fine! I can't say enough about him or Jeff!! Jimmy Truong was awesome handling our paper work and financing!! As a guy in the business, it is hard to deal with finance specialists outside of your own dealership, but Jimmy set both my wife and I at ease from the start! He was never pushy or overbearing. He explained everything and made sure we knew all the benefits of what we were getting!!! Now, the icing on the cake and the person that saved me a lot of grief and frustration...drum roll please...JIMMY MATHEWS!!!! When you buy a new Ford from these guys, do yourself a favor and make sure you schedule some time with Jimmy! After not having brand new cars in 10 years, (bought several pre owned in between the new ones), my new Mustang had more technology features than my 2007 did, and my wife's new Explorer had immensely more features. I know she was tired, and hungry, and ready to go home, but I made her wait for Jimmy and I know we are both glad she did!! He made sure she knew how to use everything in her new car and I even sat in for most of it so I would know how to use it all rather than learn on the fly. Don't pass on time with Jimmy as that is what is missing in so many dealerships these days. The delivery process has gotten rushed and shortened because customers want to leave in their new car and the salesperson is ready to move on to his next opportunity to feed his family. He was so patient with our questions and never rushed to get us gone!! If you are looking for a new Ford, go see these guys at Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills! We drove over an hour to see them, and if you do the same, you'll be glad you did!! More

We found the perfect vehicle, however it turned out Ford Motor Credit simply wanted to see mine and my husbands income combined to ensure we could afford the vehicle (we can). There was a little miscommunication about a down payment but nothing too horrible. The only problem I had was that I was told that if I picked up the vehicle on the Friday I picked it up on, they would move my vehicle to front of the line on the small hail damage repair from the storms a week ago. I was told I would have to come back to have an appointment for repairs. I have been finding small dents sobI want to make sure the vehicle I am spending 50k on is in perfect condition. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. More

Amazingly helpful Our old vehicle had broken down and we needed a new one fast. Bob was so knowledgeable about helping us pick out a vehicle to suit our family's needs. He was patient showing us the many options available and took the time to let us test drive the ones we were interested in with no pressure to buy. Once we did find a vehicle that we liked he made sure to have the vehicle cleaned and ready the next day. When I told him I'd get an Uber from the rental car place to get myself to the dealership to pick it up he offered to give me a ride from the rental car location. The used Ford Escape we chose when we test drove it also had an issue with the mini screen above the steering wheel. Bob said when he had the car prepared he also contacted an expert to look at the screen and ended up replacing it along with a new car battery at the cost of the dealership. Bob went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and we will return hopefully in the far future for our next vehicle. More
