Sam went above and beyond answering all of my questions prior to me driving 280 miles one way to pick up my vehicle. Just think, I was purchasing a used vehicle-sight unseen in person and Sam had ample photos on the website. He also had the truck ready when we arrived to pick it up. He also went and smelled the truck the day prior to our scheduled pick up to make sure it didn't smell like cigarette smoke. That was a concern for my wife and I so at the last minute he was our eyes and nose. If we have the opportunity to purchase again, we will definitely drive 280 miles again to do business at this dealership and with Sam. More

The sales rep Bashar (Bob) Nemri was informative, exerted absolutely zero pressure, was patient in explaining the process and exactly what to expect. The only negative about the whole experience was during time spent with the finance individual. His mood turned quickly after I repeatedly told him I was not interested in and did not want add on packages. The awkwardness in the room was palpable. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. More
