We were left with a totaled family car and only a few days of rental coverage to find a vehicle. After test driving 6 vehicles, we couldn't' find the right deal and encountered some shaddy salesmen. After connecting with Aaron on a van he had in inventory - he made the whole process run smooth for us. He was on time for our appointment, had the car pulled up, and had it spotless when we came to pick it up. This is how car shopping should be! Thanks Aaron, we'll be back! More

We set up an appointment he was totally prepared, very professional and took the time to listen to what I needed and accommodated me. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. I had a very brief encounter with the financing and gentlemen Anthony it was quick officiant and explained everything thoroughly. Very happy to date - thank you Chad Ritter. My personal experience has been so good that I brought my wife in for her new car purchase this past weekend. Chad Ritter was once again excellent, David Hill in finance was excellent, and she left a very happy customer. We all know that when Momma's happy, everybody's happy. Over the last 8 years or so, every experience I've had with 5 Star Ford (body shop, vehicle maintenance Service Department, Internet Sales and walk-in sales) has been excellent. Later, after dropping off the car and returning home, I got a call offering a trade appraisal, which lead to a discussion of what I'd like, ideally. Josh Ingram found a great pre-owned, low mileage truck that was perfect for me and actually brought it to my house for me to test drive, as I was extremely busy with some yardwork. The Finance Manager made me a great offer and all I needed t do was put the lawn mower away and come in and sign the paperwork. Everyone there was great from start to finish. More

Where to start I bought a 2006 F350 w/ 180,000 miles. I asked 5 Star to go thru it and recommend all needed repairs. They missed multiple obvious problems and gave the truck back with the front drivers lug nuts loose. It could have killed my wife and son. The wheel was ruined and it took them 2+ weeks to find a replacement. There is a lack of leadership in the service department. Service advisors stand around and talk about getting drunk while customers wait at the counter just a few feet away. I have been a loyal regular customer since my first Superduty 15 years ago. Now I'm on my 6th Superduty. Unfortunately I have very little confidence in the repairs 5 Star recommends and completes. My relationship with Odie Terry is what keeps me there.
