We gave him price ranges and he quickly found a few cars and was very respectful of our limits. Too many times dealerships pressure you into buying a more expensive vehicle. But not at Five Star Ford! We had such a pleasant experience we decided to come back and buy again. As soon as we walked up we were greeted by Mario, who recognized us instantly. We were there to purchase a used car, and once again Mario was quick to find a car within our budget. Five Star Ford had the biggest selection of used cars than any other dealership we saw that day, so we had a few options to look at. Mario was super patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They even cut us a deal on our trade in. When everything was agreed to and finalized we saw Tut in financing. Tut was very welcoming and funny, transparent, and explained everything we'll so we would understand. At the end of the day we got a great car at a great price with great service. I seriously can't recommend Five Star Ford enough. Thanks so much for helping us get a safe and reliable vehicle once again, guys! We are so happy with our purchase. More
