This was my first experience buying from 5 Star Ford and they were extremely friendly, and very professional. I felt like Joshua really understood what we were after and cared about what we wanted. I ended up taking home a used 2014 Ford Escape and it is wonderful! Marisa was amazing and walked me through the new car features, and even synced my phone up with the car for me. If every dealership had their own Joshua and Marisa they'd sell a lot more cars! I will definitely be coming here in the future for my car buying needs and I've already recommended it to friends! Great Experience! Very Happy with Dealership I originally contacted Rick Dike about an F-150 for which I had been searching for a few months. Rick Dike informed me of the best price he could g I originally contacted Rick Dike about an F-150 for which I had been searching for a few months. Rick Dike informed me of the best price he could give me at the time. A few weeks later, I contacted Alfred El-Darazi about the same truck because Rick was out of the office at the time. Alfred asked if I wanted to come drive the truck and talk numbers. So I went to the dealership and drove the truck. I then discussed pricing with Alfred and Josh (manager). They did lower the price of the truck to a number that was pretty good, but not as low as I would have liked. So, I told them that I would think about it and get back to them. Alfred and Josh were both very professional and easy with which to deal. I called Alfred back a few days later and told him that I would purchase the truck at the lowest price which we had discussed a few days earlier, on the condition that 5 Star Ford tint the front windows and remove the small dents in the tailgate. 5 Star Ford did remove the dents and tinted the front windows for me before I came to pick up the truck on the day of purchase. Alfred El-Darazi is a great person and great salesman. He is not self-assertive or overbearing like salesmen at other dealerships with which I have dealt in the past. He is very easy going and easy with which to deal. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck. Overall, I was very happy with the transaction. More
