I recently contacted Melvin Seibel about a vehicle listed on their website and received nothing but straight answers and firm pricing. I contacted him late last Friday about driving up from Waco to see the vehicle. He realized that he would not be there by the time we arrived but it was not a problem! He arranged to have the vehicle brought over from another lot, it was detailed and full of gas, plus he handed us over to Josh Ingram who was fully prepared to handle the sale. We then worked with Jimmy Truong on signing the papers and also met William Conner to discuss the possibility of getting a bed liner. To a person, everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. On Saturday, Melvin followed up by calling and offering his assistance if we had any questions about the vehicle.
