Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience Ever Let me paint you guys a picture of my car buying/leasing experience. I contacted several dealerships in the DFW area who carried a Ford Fusion or Dodge Dart. They both had a beautiful blue car and I was torn between the two. I was offered a great deal on both cars, but there weren't many blue fusions available so dealerships kept trying to talk me into a different color. I was pretty much settled on just getting the Dart (even though I liked the Fusion better) when I was contacted by Mel at Five Star Ford. He not only beat the other prices I was offered, he located a blue Fusion and had it delivered to his dealership for me. He kept me updated on the arrival of the car and even offered to have it washed and detailed with a full tank of gas prior to picking it up. When my husband and I pulled into the dealership, there was my beautiful car, displayed right in front of the store. I'm not going to lie, it felt like I was a VIP. We walked in and Mel was there in front to greet us. When we got to his office he didn't try to sell us on anything. He let us know there was a Care package available that would cover dents and scratches if we were interested. He also informed us that a paint protection was added to the car but that the dealership covered the cost (it was required in order to transfer it to them). Mel explained how my lease would work and got my current car appraised (the dealership offered me $500 more than CarMax). But the best part? My payments were exactly what he said they'd be (plus the Care warranty I added). There wasn't an extra charge for tax, title, etc. There was no hidden fee. I walked out of the dealership with keys to a car much nicer than my current Nissan Sentra and I was SAVING money. Mel got me a great deal and was the kind of salesperson I'd be happy to deal with again. There to help you in anyway possible, answer questions and provide you with all your options, but lets you decide what you really want without pressure one way or the other. It was a completely different car buying/leasing experience than my previous ones. I would recommend Five Star Ford (and especially Mel, the Internet Manager) to everyone! This is the way car buying/leasing should be. More

Outstanding Buying Experience! We came to Five Star Ford on the recommendation of a friend who had purchased an Explorer 5 years ago. Randall Swindell greeted my husband and me, and showed us the vehicles we were interested in buying. We spent at least an hour or more test driving them, but didn't buy that day. The next day, Saturday, 1/3, I went back with my friend, who by now had the bug to buy a new vehicle; she bought a new Explorer and I bought a new Fusion. I wanted leather/heated front seats and tinted window film, so worked with the Aftermarket guys and they were very helpful. Next it was on to Finance, where Bob Little made it very easy. The tinting and leather were installed and I picked the car up on Friday, 1/9. Before I drove away, Randall synced my phone, and then Jimmie Mathews spent over an hour with me, teaching me about all the features. Wow! He was awesome, too! I will definitely recommend Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills to anyone, without hesitation. More

Crystal Sanders from the sales department worked really hard to find the exact car I wanted along with the price range I was considering. She went above & beyond by keeping me updated constantly with their inventory & pictures. She really took her job serious by putting forth the effort to keep me in the loop with everything that was taking place. John Little also did the same when I met him at the dealership. He pointed me in the right direction for the different services I needed. Both Crystal & John made my car buying process as easy as pie. Incredible service was provided in the manner of me feeling appreciated. I look forward to purchasing other vehicles from Five Star Ford in the future. My 3rd new F150 I have bought 4 new vehicles from Jim Rich, 3 trucks and an Edge. Each time the experience has been fantastic and easy. Jim listens to what my need is, never preasures me, shows me several options and then he lets me make a decision on which vehicle will work for me. Jim then takes me to finance and for the last three times Anthony takes over and makes the finance part as painless as possible. All of the staff at 5-Star is extremely friendly and ready to help. Overall great experience I found my F-150 online so when I walked into the dealership, I knew exactly which truck I was looking for, down to the stock number. Eddie greeted me as my wife and I walked in and once I told him which truck I was after, the whole buying/negotiating process went quickly and smoothly. One of the managers stopped by and was very friendly, spending time to chat about their dealership and its commitment to their customers. My only negative observation was that once we were sent to fill out our financing paperwork, it seemed we were forgotten about. We waited for just over an hour and a half to meet with someone, even though most of the offices and waiting room sat empty of customers after about 45 minutes. Other than that obvious miscommunication that Eddie apologized for several times, I'd say my experience overall was very good - definitely worth passing several other Ford dealerships on the hour-plus drive to get there! Great job Five Star Ford! More
