I appreciated his BS attitude and was very honest with me with what could be done to help me. He showed me a few vechile, some out of my range but he was still being honest. We test drove a Ford Edge and fell in love with it. I told Hector lets do this and he worked to meet my needs. All I can say is that was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I only spent an hour and half before driving off in my new vehicle. They were fast and efficient with no wasted time. 5 Stars to 5 Star Ford!! More
