We were very impressed with how personable he was and how easy he made the transaction. When my sister totaled our other car this past week, we tried to find another car to replace it. Because of the timing, we had a limited budget, but still had very specific idea about what we wanted. After going to several dealerships and being unable to find a car we liked in our limited price range, we decided to call Aaron again. Within minutes he had several options for us to consider. We came in a few days later and he had gone through the cars he suggested and had compiled the positives and negatives of each, making it incredibly easy for us to figure out which would be the best fit for us. He somehow made it fit into our budget and three hours later, we left the dealership with a new (to us) car. Even the gas tank was filled before we left. They handle all the paperwork to have the registration and title and license plates taken care of. Both times we worked with Aaron, he was friendly and honest and made us feel completely comfortable. We didn't know honest car salesmen existed, but Aaron changed our minds. He went out of his way to make our experience as easy as possible. We only buy Toyotas, but we'll be buying all of our cars from Aaron and 5 Star Ford from now on! Thank you Aaron! You rock! You really are the Magic Man!!! More

He was very helpful in answering questions and we did have to wait until our second home sold before we could come in and look at the lot. But, that didn't bother Justin. He was very courteous and let us know when we could deal he would have something for us. Justin kept in touch over the internet , through our email. Letting us know he was interested in selling us a truck. So when we finally sold that house we came right down to Five Star Ford and Justin had a great selection of trucks. We were Very impressed with the amount of Low Mileage Trucks he had on the lot. We Did buy a 2011 F-150 4X4 from Justin and we are very happy with it. Financing was easy and the paperwork went quick.
