This is the most unorganized group of people I have ever dealt with. I bought a used car 20 days later they want to come pick up car , that I signed contract on gave them my down payment in good faith, too dealt with. Now they want me to bring it back cause they didn't get it funded. I have talked to about 8 different people on this and nobody knows what's going on. No offer to refund my money, no nothing except they cant get it funded. I talk to the finance company, they dont know nothing, they just said contract was canceled. They dont know who canceled the contract or why. More

I’m really disappointed with the service his time around. This is our third vehicle to buy at Five Star and I’m not happy. However there was not a battery available even though a week has passed and there was plenty of time for a battery to be ready. We have to go pick my kids up from school and can’t do that now due to this unnecessary delay. So we have to come back a third time to get battery that should have been taken care of today. More
