After shopping around for several weeks with plenty of less-than-pleasurable experiences at other dealers, we found the car we had been searching for a 5 Star Ford. I called and spoke with Melvin Seibel over the phone. I asked if they could come down on the internet price over the phone (not expecting a response) and he had an answer within 5 minutes. Since the dealer was an hour away from my house, it was really nice of him to do this over the phone. The experience was completely hassle free and we were treated extremely well even though we were buying used. Even when buying used, you go into the same lobby as everyone else, and use the same finance guys as everyone else. You can appreciate this if you've shopped around at any other used dealers.
