Dealing with Hector was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I was recommended to see him from a friend of mine and he made the whole experience a pleasant one. I told him upfront what monthly price I was trying to stay at, he worked out the numbers and only took me to the cars that would fit that price range. He never tried to oversell me into something more expensive and he was honest with the questions I had about some of the vehicles. He was always available to answer my calls, even when he hadn't made it to the office yet. He was very dedicated to ensure that I was happy with the choice I made. I hope he will still be with 5 star ford when I need to find my next vehicle. More

Carlos Codie was the nicest sales person I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car(and I have bought several)!!! The day we bought the car,we couldn't take it home because my daughter didn't dealt with when it comes to buying a car(and I have bought several)!!! The day we bought the car,we couldn't take it home because my daughter didn't have her license yet. He made sure it got everything done that was supposed to be as far as detailing and it's inspection. As I was driving it home,I realized the speedometer was off,he came to my house,picked up the car and made sure it got fixed in a timely manner and got it returned to me quickly. No dealers that I have dealt with in the past would ever come to my house and pick up a car so as not to inconvienence me!!!! The sales manager,Mike was great too. He actually came out of his office and talked to my daughter,asked her how she got the money to buy her car and when she told him she's been working and saving,he knocked the price down so that she could get the car without having to borrow any money from her parents for TTL!!! These guy were so great to us and I truly appreciate it!!! Made the car buying experience so much better for us!!!! More
