Our daughter needed a car quickly due to a car wreck. We found several online and call the North Richland Hills dealership and spoke to Juan. He immediately made videos of the cars we were interested in and sent them to us. Our daughter made a decision on which one she wanted and Juan got everything squared away quickly. Unfortunately, Juan became ill right before we were to come pick up the vehicle (we live 300 miles away), but he contacted us and set us up with Hector in sales. Hector was absolutely stellar in making us feel welcome, explaining the car and its features, and helping us get everything finalized. We never felt rushed or uninformed at anytime through the whole process. We had a top notch experience with Juan and Hector and they have a customer for life with us. More
