We tried to get help from another dealer but they would not help at all , evidently they don’t live up to the Subaru community standards that are common among quality dealers , Five Star does ; they live up to their “ Community Commitment “ it’s not just a sales pitch , totally impressed ! By the way Cavender Subaru out of Norman Oklahoma made the arrangement to get us fixed up by Five Star , this was beyond amazing and Anthony ( the service manager) gets accolades for going above and beyond! And he put up with my bad mood and let me blow off some steam. Deyton was a pleasure to work with. He came out the the lot when we arrived and introduced himself. We told him what we were planning to do and he allowed us to spend as much time as He came out the the lot when we arrived and introduced himself. When we decided what we wanted to test drive, he found all the models and configurations we wanted to drive. No pressure at all. High pressure sales people that won't let you have time alone to look and talk are a big turn off and Deyton was the exact opposite of that. I hope Deyton is still around when I'm ready to replace my other Subaru. More
