The service was great by the entire team. Laura even shared an (accurate) estimate on timing. I appreciate the transparency. The follow-up communication was also appreciated. I had asked a question after on something that I had forgot to mention before leaving the car for service - it turns out, they go through a VERY detailed inspection of the car, which included what I had forgot to ask. They know my car’s needs better than I do! A note - BMW also pays attention to recalls and notified me about a recent part that was recalled. I had no idea! Thank you! Laura and team go above and beyond and I am very grateful that they take of my car (I even gave my car a name). I spend a lot of time on the road, so this is very important to me. I started my new car journey at a local bmw dealer and it was not a pleasant experience. My search continued and I came across the car I wanted at Flemington BMW. Most of the paperwork was taken care of prio was not a pleasant experience. My search continued and I came across the car I wanted at Flemington BMW.
