I purchased a new 2016 BMW X5 in September 2015 at Flemington BMW for my wife. Recently, her car was totaled in an accident by a van that ran through a red light. Fortunately, no one was injured. I remember the salesman, Tom Terrill from that purchase in 2015, as the best and nicest car salesman that I had ever encountered. We decided to purchase a certified preowned BMW X7 and I was extremely happy to find out that Tom is still at Flemington BMW. He had spent many hours with me and my wife showing us the X5 in 2015-16 and he is still at the top of his game in 2026. I am 69 years old and purchased many cars in my life and can honestly say that I cannot remember any car salesman in my past except for Tom Terrill. He impresses me so much because of his professionalism, thoroughness, and his mild mannered personality. The financial person, Cathy, was also a pleasure to work with. We loved the X7 and puchased it a week ago and absolutely love it. There is a BMW dealership less than 5 minutes from my office, Flemington BMW is 30 minutes away but I plan on servicing the X7 at Flemington BMW because of their good work and professionalism and their friendly demeanor. They have even offered to come pick up my car when it needs servicing and bring me a loaner vehicle. Nobody does it better than Flemington BMW and no car salesman tops Tom Terrill! More
