I had two months left on my lease and my anxiety about having to get a new car in this current market was off the charts. This was my fourth time purchasing/leasing from Flemington BMW and it was by far t having to get a new car in this current market was off the charts. You definitely feel like he's on your side when working with him. He was super knowledgeable about the i4 and the current incentives and discounts. Noha and Zaneta were also very helpful. I have previously written about the exceptional treatment I received when visiting the dealership. Wasn’t sure if I was ready to trade in my seven month old X7 , an incredible vehicle… but I wanted more of a I received when visiting the dealership. Wasn’t sure if I was ready to trade in my seven month old X7 , an incredible vehicle… but I wanted more of a performance oriented vehicle. As I have said previously , the team was great and in less than an hour I made the decision to swap the X7 for a X5 M60. . Wow , what a vehicle ! The message I want to convey now is the terrific follow up after I took the X5 home. Byron Brisby , the president of BMW Flemington texted me to see if I had any questions and to thank me for my business. Kursad reached out to make sure all was good. Don’t know how many times but Cindy Amin made sure that I was happy and enjoying the X5. This is my fifth BMW…this was the best experience without question. Go to Flemington BMW if u are thinking of getting a new vehicle. Ask for Vince and Cyndi. You will be very happy. More

My wife, Wendy, and I live in Princeton NJ. We thus were planning to buy a car in that area. We were looking at Audi's BMW's and other cars. Looking at small SUVs. Wendy has a Volvo wagon ( We thus were planning to buy a car in that area. We were looking at Audi's BMW's and other cars. Looking at small SUVs. Wendy has a Volvo wagon (2016) which she loves. (I do too). I've always had sedan's with reasonable power. Audi's, BMW's (I loved my 2011/12 528. We looked in the Princeton area; the BMW dealer and sales manager said they really didn't have time for me. I tried several times. A good friend, Barbara Nelson had a SUV x3. She let me drive it and I really enjoyed it, she also said that she had to shop around geographically and ended up at Flemington BMW and liked it. She gave me Diane Barry's name. I called Diane, and she could not have been more welcoming. She was that way in person as well. I always like to vet the service department as well. If the overhall culture of the company is healthy, then so are the departments. Certainly Diane's service department seems to be. Diane introduced me to Cindy Amin .. same attitude, welcoming and friendly. Cindy, in turn, intoduced me to Tom Terrill. Same thing. He was kind, patient, knowledable; a great guy. Tom had me test drive an older x3 and it was great. So, I made arrangements for Wendy and me to go back as Wendy will be a co-owner and really likes the suv... for distance off the ground (thus flexible on types of roads and better visiblity). Her impression of Flemington BMW and Tom, was the same as mine. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, patient, dependable, and gives transpartent information. We decided to buy the SUV x3. so the next time I met with Tom, I took a good friend, Steve, who had a BMW x5 and was very familiar with the accessaries. Tom and Steve and I designed my car. It was ordered and Tom kept us up to date almost weekly and whenever something changed. He made sure that when it came in, I knew, and also made sure that if he were not in the dealership (he had a family medical issue he had to deal with), that I knew who his back ups were. When we picked up the car, he was there and basically spent the day with us going over everything, including finances which was handled very professionally by Cathy Ferry. When we were walking around the dealership, everyone (employees) was really friendly and always said hello. The car is beautiful, drives well, and so, I am very very pleased. With Tom and the whole dealership. So, thanks to all, including the owners who usually are responsible for the tone of the culture, which is wonderful. More
